We are a busy landscape and construction supply yard specializing in bricks, slabs, pavers, natural stone, and bulk materials. We are seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team.

This is a hands-on position with training provided as well as opportunities for growth and to learn multiple roles. We are looking for seasonal, part time/full time work based on abilities and competencies of candidate.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting essential yard, delivery, and office operations. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Yard/Driver Responsibilities

• Assist customers with bricks, slabs, pavers, and natural stone products
• Move palletized products and load vehicles and trailers using forklifts
• Prepare customer orders and fill 1-yard bulk bags
• Perform general yard cleanup and housekeeping while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform daily morning vehicle walk-around inspections
• Direct customers to proper dump and bulk material bins
• Monitor customers while unloading to ensure only accepted materials are disposed of
• Push and organize materials in bins using loaders
• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading company trucks and customer trucks/trailers safely and efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting for order fulfillment and stock movement
• Complete deliveries using F550 dump trucks and/or medium and large dump trucks (if licensed)
• Moving between supply yard and scale yard when needed

Office Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions at till and take orders via phone and in person
• Answer phone calls professionally
• Assist with order entry, basic administrative tasks
• Support daily logistics and communication between office and yard staff
• Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned based on perception and retention.

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required (Class 3 is an asset)
• Make deliveries in our F550 dump trucks and/or medium and large dump trucks
• Ability to work both outdoors in various weather conditions and indoors in an office setting
• Basic computer and cash handling skills for point-of-sale transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take direction as well as complete tasks independently when required
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Previous office/yard supply experience is an asset (not required)
• Ability for physically demanding/heavy lifting tasks whilst maintaining safety procedures
• Must be willing to work weekends

Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual, Permanent, Temporary

Starting wage – $18.25-$21.00 per hour – Rate depending on specific abilities and experience. Becoming proficient in multiple job positions will increase wage package.
