Sales Terms & Conditions

  • We strive to provide deliveries exactly as requested by the customer; however, once arrived on site it is up to the driver’s discretion if he/she feels it is unsafe to dump in the specified location. Meadows Landscape Supply drivers are authorized to make the final decision on dumping locations if he/she deems it would/could cause damage to anything.
  • Meadows Landscape is not to be held liable for any damage resulting from our deliveries/products. ie) Cracked driveway, damaged lawn, etc.
  • Meadows Landscape can provide basic calculations on product; however, the customer will assume all responsibility in making the final decision on product selection and amount. As well as being fully liable for any measurement, product, color, or site measurement changes.
  • Meadows Landscape Supply provides pictures on the website of the product; although color, size, and availability will vary. We always recommend coming to look at all products in person beforehand.
  • The recycling yard is NOT a garbage dump, we accept your yard trimmings, broken concrete, dirt, mud and sod; however, everything is subject to inspection prior to dumping.
  • Meadows Landscape Recycle Centre reserves the right to reject any load that does not adhere to the policies set in place of what we allow being recycled.

Refunds Policy

  • No returns will be provided without the original receipt.
  • All returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee.
  • No returns on these items: Seconds items, clearance items, natural stone, weighable items, discontinued items, bulk products, any bagged products, Cut products such as turf or pond liner, Special order products, damaged pallets/ products.
  • Any item that is applicable for return is subject to inspection from staff to ensure its condition.
  • All deliveries are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Bulk Bag Orders: (Super Sacks)

  • Bulk Bag orders are final sale once the order has been placed. Meaning there will be no returns or changes allowed after payment has been made.
  • There is a $25 fee for the bulk bag and a $15 labour fee to fill the bag.
  • We allow $10 refunds on the bulk bag. Bulk bag returns are subject to the condition of the bag itself.
